Brickhill Black is our signature "flagship" bacon, produced exclusively on site right here in Buckinghamshire.
We cure our Brickhill Black using Porter ale from Hornes brewery, a local supplier just down the road from our shop. We also use black treacle and the finest locally sourced honey to create a truly unique balance of flavour.
Once cured we mature the product for 10 days, applying a very light smoke to finish the process and refine the taste.
