Based on a recipe dating back to the 1920s, Our heritage pork sausages have been refined over time to suit modern palates.

We source the pork that fills these bangers from free range woodland pigs, living in their natural habitat they spend their days rummaging through the nutritious earth right here in Buckinghamshire.

As a result these savoury pork sausages are packed full of deliciously well balanced peppery flavour.

Hand made from prime cuts of pork belly and shoulder and wrapped in natural casings, they are right at home grilling on the barbecue or sizzling in the pan for a fry-up.
