Brickhill black bacon (200g packs)
This is our signature, flagship bacon, produced exclusively by us right here in Buckinghamshire.
To create the cure for this bacon we use Porter ale from Hornes brewery, just down the road from our shop, along with black treacle and locally sourced honey.
Once the bacon has been cured we mature it for 10 days to develop it's colour and salt equalisation and then apply a very light smoke to finish the process.
