We sell a lot of dry aged beef at Best Butchers which in turn generates trimmings that cannot be used for steaks. We meticulously clean these trimmings up to produce this awesome 6oz burger which is packed full of umami-esque flavour. A personal favourite that need to be tried. Again we sell these in packs of four.
